I’m not entirely sure. Although I’ve heard several theories. The one that interested me the most is that Henry is actually trapped inside someone. Because of the whole “room 302 is a person”, and it would make sense regarding some of the fleshiness that surrounds the different worlds that Henry travels too. Walter saw Eileen as a mother figure, so that’s why her giant head can be found, for him, she represents his mother along with the room.

It’s a little hard to explain, doubt it’s really what it means. I did some research and the most common explanation is the reverse peephole. Since Henry was always watching her through a hole, it’s her turn to watch him.

Chris was originally an unnamed character seen only at the beginning and end of the film, but Sony refused to accept the script until a major male character was added. The characters of Chris and Officer Gucci were then added, along with the subplot of Chris searching for his missing wife.
Sean Bean was picked for the role specifically because of his physical resemblance to James Sunderland from Silent Hill 2. This is an interesting connection, because both characters (Chris and James) go to Silent Hill looking for their wives.
Director Christophe Gans has said that Chris loves Rose more than Sharon, and that Rose loves Sharon more than Chris, and that this is why they degraded as a family.
Actor Sean Bean has noted that he likes Chris’ house and car.
It is believed by some that Chris may have reported Sharon kidnapped, and that may be the reason why Cybil stops Rose.
It is notable that Chris never speaks of Sharon when first meeting Officer Gucci, despite that he is clearly upset about Rose being missing. This implies that Chris views Sharon as a problem and cares far more that Rose is missing than that Sharon is. The Subway Ghost is a bodiless spirit in Silent Hill 3 who haunts the Hazel Street Station. The player cannot attack or kill him, but it is possible for him to kill the player.

A newspaper reveals that it is the ghost of a 40 year old man who committed suicide by jumping on the train tracks in front of a moving train; this instantly decapitated him.It is possible for Heather Mason to read an article in a magazine about how a person killed unexpectedly or by suicide will not know they are dead and relive the moment of their death over and over again, and occasionally act hostile to humans.

If Heather proceeds to go to the platform where the man was killed, a cutscene will occur in first person of the ghost, in which he pushes Heather onto the tracks, where a train will come and quickly smite her if she does not get onto the platform in time. For players who wish to avoid this scenario, it is recommended to simply not read the magazine or the newspaper, and the entire bizarre ordeal can be skipped.

Bobby Randolph was a college student who attended the same school as Walter Sullivan. He and two of his friends, Sein Martin and Jasper Gein, were fascinated by the lore of the Order and tried to learn all about it. Sullivan strangled him to death, removed his heart and dumped his body on the college campus in Pleasant River alongside the third victim. Bobby Randolph is known as Victim 2 in the game. He left behind a book about occultism found at the crime scene.
